Millarville 4-H Multi Club

On November 20th the 4-H multi club had their 3rd meeting. At the meeting we made some of the most amazing alternative meat recipes, such as Bison meatballs, sweet and sour meatballs, lamb meatballs, fried antelope steaks, deer meat flat bread, deer sausage hash, garlic shrimp fettuccini and grilled elk kabobs.
Our next meeting will be in the New Year, our next date to be decided. We had planned on getting together for Laser Quest for Christmas but our members just had too many things going on with their families – maybe next year!
In the meantime, we in 4-H do a program called “Adopt a Family”, where we provide food for families in need in our community. We will send them snacks and treats like granola bars, fruit cups, cookies and lots of other goodies to help them for Christmas.
