Time to swap out those old games and DVDs and books for something "new-to-you".
As our daily outdoor activities keep us busier and busier it's often difficult to find the time to spend some quality family time together. Now that winter is settling in for a few months, it may be the perfect time to think of family activities that can be done in the warmth of your own home. Why not sit the family down together around the dining room table with some hot chocolate and play a board game or do a puzzle? How special it would be to cuddle up together under a warm blanket and watch your favourite DVD.
St. George's Church encourages you to make time to spend with your family and is having a Family Fun Sale just to help you do that. February 11th, 10am to 4pm at our church in Turner Valley, we will have all sorts of books, games, puzzles and DVDs for sale so you can enjoy your together-time. For those who would like to donate your gently used books, games, puzzles or DVDs to our sale, we will gratefully accept them on February 8th, 2 to 4pm and February 9th, 7 to 9pm. Enjoy your time together and have fun!!
